Clothing and Accessories are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer pays return shipping fee.
ALL FOOD & CANDY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS. If your package arrives damaged please send us photos. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do this for safety reasons. Any custom boxes are unable to be returned as well.
PLEASE NOTE: Melted Chocolate does not count as a damaged item. As warmer weather comes chocolate may melt. When your box arrives let it cool down. If you don't want your chocolate melting, we suggest purchasing items that are not heat sensitive during hotter months.
